Mr. Ruocchio founded Court Record and Data Managment Services, Inc, in 2013.
Mr. Ruocchio established Court Record Services (CRS) in 1996. He also sold Brief Serve (Briefserve.com), a digital Records & Briefs and Opinions service that held all the Briefs from the US Circuit Courts to West Publishing 2003.
